Why aren't prices fixed?

The value of an intelligence project isn't measured in hours worked but in the decision it enables. The 'from' prices give you a realistic starting point. I set the exact price after a short call, always up front and in writing, with a clear scope, deadline and deliverable.

There are AI courses at half the price. What's the difference?

A typical AI course teaches you to operate a tool. I teach a discipline: how to get information from AI and external sources that you can trust and defend in front of leadership. I combine twenty years of academic work in intelligence studies with a practice where I actually build agentic systems. And per participant, in-house training starts around €155 per person, often cheaper than open courses.

What are the prerequisites for workshops and AI labs?

Ideally a paid Claude account from Anthropic, Pro or Max. It's not a strict requirement though. We can also work with more budget-friendly AI setups, and I adapt the program to the tools you already use.

What AI skill level do I need?

I focus on the largest group of users: slightly advanced people who aren't afraid to try new things. You don't need to be an expert. Basic experience with AI tools and a willingness to experiment is enough. Advanced teams I push toward agentic systems; beginners I walk safely through the foundations.

What does the teaching format look like?

Interactive and team-based, don't expect a frontal lecture. We work together on real briefs from your industry, not on textbook examples. Materials, templates and checklists stay with the team afterwards.

Do you work with the public sector?

Yes, with procurement rules in mind. Reduced rates apply for libraries, schools and public institutions. My clients include the Czech National Library, the Czech Police Academy and government ministries.

Do you take international engagements?

Yes, I offer services across the EU. Consulting, workshops and talks run in English, online or on site with the client. I invoice in CZK or EUR. The euro prices shown are indicative; your exact quote comes in euros.
